After passing by this restaurant almost every time I come to San Francisco I decided to try it with Mary. This area is not the easiest place to find parking but got lucky and found some parking less then 100 feet away. When I got there my first impressions were this restaurant caters to children. And 10 minutes later kids start coming in with their parents. I really like their appetizer menu and main menu on terms of design. The appetizer menu is on a ping-pong and the main menu is in kids books. I thought that was really creative I also give you goldfish for snacks aha.
I ordered: root beer float
Glass bottle root beer with vanilla ice cream
For appetizer: Fireball
cinnamon sriracha Buffalo wings with cinnamon cream
Entrées: Fried chicken and waffles monte christo
Fried chicken strips/Belgian waffles/raspberry jam/Swiss cheese/Maple syrup with powdered sugar.
The ringmaster: grilled chuck Burger/homemade glazed donut/cheddar cheese with bacon and fried eggs
The food was pretty good except it could have had a little more flavor also the appetizer with the cinnamon was kind of weird. Nonetheless I wouldn’t mind coming back there and eating.
STRAW SF
sweet and sour chicken
So I have been cooking more and more recently in this has to be one of my favorite dishes I have made lately it is sweet-and-sour chicken with the vietnamese basil. First I marinated the chicken then I fried it once then breaded the chicken fried it again then sautéed the chicken was sweet-and-sour garlic and basil. This turned out really good. Can’t wait to make it again.
Went to Krispy Kreme’s with Darren and it up buying a couple of donuts wanted to take a cool photo so I decided to stack donuts on top of each other and hopefully They would not fall. So I started stacking them and soon everyone and Krispy Kreme Was looking at me ahah I think the photo came out pretty good. I know if I seen the photo I would want some donuts.
