HONG KONG DAY 2-3

Today in Hong Kong it was a very humid day which is the everyday occurrence basically there. We went downtown to try to find some streetwear especially some supreme. Once we got to the place most of the stores were still clothes so we waited around in the meantime we went to Starbucks to use the free Wi-Fi since I don’t have service here I would have to communicate with people through Wi-Fi. After about an hour went back and I found a lot of stuff that I could just buy in America a few specialty items from supreme that you cannot get in the US anymore were here but they were not in my size so I did not get to purchase any of them sucks. after that we went to the mall which was Exstreamley big mall I don’t remember the name of it. When we left the mall we got on the subway train and we went to the street that sells a lot of electronics. When we were done at that street we went to Ken mom’s and dad’s house for dinner. On my way back to the hotel on the bus I spotted two black men walking to each other is really weird because I hardly see any black people in Hong Kong ahaha.

HONG KONG DAY 1

Finally after missing my first flight and losing $150+ on the hotel I got on the airplane the next day to hong kong. I got to the airport two hours ahead of time just to be sure that I would get on this plane. I didn’t get first class like I was hoping but I still got great seats even know the flight was 14 hours long didn’t really feel like it. The food was okay we got two Meals and a snack plus movies to watch. When I landed it was about 630 Hong Kong time. I caught a taxi (urban red taxi) to the hotel my Cantonese was not that great but he figure out what I was trying to say and I made it to the hotel. When I got to the hotel I checked in and my room was upgraded I was really happy about that after I put my stuff down I went back to the hotel lobby to wait for May family and human. After that we went back to my hotel room then we went to Temple Street. The last time I was in Hong Kong I loved Temple Street so I have to go back again Temple Street is where you can get electronics knockoffs toys all sorts of gadgets for cheap it’s a big Tourist attraction basically. After that we went back to the hotel and I went to bed.

March 24- March 29

We started our day trying to go to fentons but when we got there it was way to many people plus it was raining so i thought we just go to the house of chicken and waffles in walnut creek but we end up going to the counter it was one of the best burger places i have been to ever i loved how you could make up your own burger . it was great

I finally got a new phone i have had a blackberry for 6 years and i was done with it because it would freeze and slow down so i got a iphone 4s

march 6 – march 15

It was my first time going to ikes lair it was a nice place,nice workers and food was good . it a hipster place to me but not as much hype as bakesale betty.

So my sister took me out to eat at one of my favorite restaurant spenger’s in berkeley i love this place and have been going here since i was little and one time it was a way better restaurant . Times change and company become cheap

After i was done hooping mary took me out to eat. it was really good since it was my first time going there

I have been looking all over for these socks and i finally got my hands on a pair to match with my grape 5 that i just un-yellowed ps: huf need to reopen a shop in sf bay area make no since to no have a shop.

February 26-March 5, 2012

I went to this place a week before with nick before going to hoop at dream courts in hayward but did not get any food since i am trying to lose weight. This place is called FIVE GUYS its a great place to get burgers. Its cost about $10 for a pretty good burger, fries and a soda. They do throw in extra scoop of fries into your bag for the price i would still pick In-N-Out over this place.

After going to the movie and seeing the chronicle by the way it was a pretty good movie. p.s.: don’t go to the movie at jack london square movie theater for the $5 movies it real ratchet ahah.

After that me moung and mary went to meet up with people at apple bees

Today at school we had to take photos of shapes at school witch me and nick thought it was a waste of are shutter count but turned out to get some cool photos of the school and berkeley.

I don’t use my macro lens as much as i would like to use it so i decided to take it out with me and do some handheld macro work. They came out ok to me

After mary took me to get my huf socks i went to the beach in alameda, it was a nice day out.

So i have had these jordan 11 cool grey’s for years and never wore them because they where so yellow so i decided to un-yellow them. THIS IS NOT SEA GLOW NOR RETROBRITE, i came up with my own ”sauce”. For doing it for 10 hours it came out pretty good i most say.

february week 4

today in class we go to use the photography studio and equipment it was pretty nice and i got some good shoots

so for the first time i went to the undefeated sf store since my homie work there i was going by to say what sup but he was off but it’s a nice place and plus i end up getting some dope stuff.

later that night me and mary went to the cheese steak shop this place is a childhood memory since my dad use to take me to the one in berkeley , i use to love this place i most say the food was good.

had some time so i took a photo of one of the best things in my childhood my gameboy color it been a min since i lasted played with it and i most say it is still fun i cant believe it still works ahaha.

after i came back from undefeated sf i got some cool pins a leopard tee and a play dirty hand that i thought was funny/cool.

i have really been in to taking photos of my shoes . i got my jordan 4 cements the other day and i most say i love them since i could never find a pair of 1999 jordan 4 cements that i could wear since most of them a not wearable. all so for valentines day i did a heart of Jordan’s it was a little hared then i thought to make the heart shape but i got what i was looking for after playing with it for 10 mins. p.s. got some krispy kreme donuts 🙂 thanks mary.

so i got to go to the golden state warriors vs Los angeles clippers game since my cousin was nice enough to get me a free ticket. it was a good game plus golden state warriors won so that was nice i have no been to a game in years but i hope to go back soon thanks nick for the tickets.

since i don’t do much macro anymore i went around my house to try to find some then nice to take a photo of, i use to love macro photography but now i am more in to landscape photography. i will start to do more macro it take more time since most of the time i do macro free hand and it harder , i might get a carbon tripod but no time soon.

february week 1-3

I end up going to berkeley public market for the first time with mary it was pretty cool next time i go back i will buy some then ahha . They give out simple food so that a plus later that night nai came and had some noodles. After that we left and i went to get some food.

So last monday i was in class and right when i move my camera bag my 24-70 2.8 came out and hit the floor hard. The whole class made it seem like it was a car accident. I was shocked for about 10 mins i never dropped a lens before and had no idea my camera bag zipper came off . Just my luck i guess .

When i got home i looked for video to help me out tor a part i could replace it with since it would not zoom with out using to much power so i end up taking it to a camera shop where he was no help for the most part . I did not want to spend $400+ to get it fixed, so i took it apart and end up fixing it 🙂 so happy to save my money and not have to wait

Did a photoshoot with the homie Derrick, went over to berkeley and got some good shoots to look at them go to PORTRAITS.

– Went to san leandro marina to see and get a photo of the sunset it turned out pretty good after that went to niketown to look for some freeruns but had no luck.

– Today it was kind of rainy this morning i got

got my jordan X today had to wait in line for about 3 hours but it was not to bad. I REALLY would like to have the original one but they go for why to much on ebay and i am not willing to pay that much. One reason i like these so much is because i have the jordan 45 jersey.

week 2

These photos are about 2 weeks old i have been really busy since school started . the first set of photos are from a nice day in san francisco. I did a photo shoot for some friends go take a look at all my work here. After that we went out to Sausalito to go to a restaurant name SUSHI RAN this is a 5 star place with 5 star prices if your balling on a budget i would not go here the food was really fresh but i would not go here that much , Its on of the top sushi places in the world. a

– Went out to eat with my family for my cousin nike birthday we when to bubble gums restaurant in san francisco it was good but i will not be going back it was my first and last time going because these so cheap , for $20 you will not be full unless you don’t eat much. After that when back to his house to cut the cake .

– This day was chill stayed home and played cod and had pizza with mary all so had birthday cake ice cream .

first week of 2012 day 1-8

These are the first photos i took for the year 2012 .They where taken with my nikkor 105mm 2.8 micro it was right after it stop raining the night before so i got some cool rain drops.

-Later that day had dinner with most of the family for new years , played MW3 on the xbox for the first time and was doing just as good as i do on PS3 i don’t like xbox for one you have to pay for online game play and the remote is slower .

Today i go my 1996 space jam jersey in the mail anyone that know me know that i love space jam, concords x 1996 finals snapback x tune squad space jam

– Took some photos of my Jordan’s first one is of the jordan concords with a bokeh background. The true blue 3 and the midnight 6 are before photos i am working on them , hopefully to bring them back to a NDS look. Stay tune for the final look.

I got this holga camera as a christmas gift from dominique / her dad had to be one of the best gift i got since i was a kid because it was a big surprise didn’t know i was going to get some then like this , made me feel like a kid / wish i was a kid when christmas comes around because its just not the same anymore .

Later that day mary came by and we ate some food then went with joe to the dubs

– the next day me and joe when to bevmo to get some liquor.

– Today me and my mom when over to san francisco to go to the moonstar buffet. we meet out with most of my family on my mom side it was one of the best belated party i had in a long time plus the food was good thank you everyone that came for my birthday party love you all .

– The next day me and my cousin from Denmark went on a hike in the berkeley hills. It had to be a 5 mile hike it took so long to get to the top but it was worth it because i got a beautiful sunset photo

2011 RECAP

I didn’t get to do a 365 project this year because i had a d90 then sold it, went to get a new one and sold it to buy a d7000. So here are some of my favorite photos from 2011 . This years has been good getting allot better at taking photos. Next year i hope to make some more upgrades on a new body but i am pretty set on the lenses i have . First up is one of my favorite things for me this year and that was night photography i had so much fun doing this even if i had to wait in the cold and walk allot but it was worth it.
